Can I use the same email ID I used and refunded from the past account for a new CrawlQ AppSumo Deal purchase?

Unfortunately, each email is assigned under one account only even if you have refunded in the past, it exists as a dormant account in our system. It is not possible to activate the old account with a new code as these two deals are offered under separate programs with different terms and conditions.
